Our Refund Policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

1) be unused
2) in the same condition that you received it
3) have original swing tags attached
4) have hygiene seal intact and attached to garment (if applicable)

Returns Process:
1. Submit your return request through our 'Create a Return' page, and you will receive an email stating that we have received your request. (Please make sure to check your 'spam' folder, and mark us as a safe sender.)
2. We will review your request, and once approved, you will receive an email with the returns process and return address.
3. Time to pack up your item(s), and ship it back to us! (We recommend that you use tracking and purchase insurance for peace of mind, as you will bear full responsibility for the return until it reaches us.)
4. Once we receive your items, we will process the refund and send you an email notification.
5. Sit back, and relax! Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. This normally occurs within 5-10 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.

We currently offer all major payment options via Shopify gateway (PCI compliant), such as American ExpressMastercard, and Visa.

We also offer other payment options such as Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPalApple PayGoogle Pay, and Shopify Pay.

We use Australian sizing, and have multiple sizing guides. When deciding what size to buy, we suggest looking at the sizing guides located on that product page, to ensure you get the right fit for that particular design.

We also have a comprehensive Size Guide with all our product different sizing charts such as:

We also sell our lingerie sets separately, so you can purchase your tops and bottoms in different sizes to get the right fit, or mix separates to create your perfect set.

Yes! One of the most important things when buying lingerie is getting the right size for your body which is why we sell all sets separately so you can purchase the right fit for your body

When adding to cart, use the dropdown menu to select the item (eg. 'Bralette' or 'Underwear'), and then select the size you want to add. 

We currently stock a range of items in sizes Small to 6XL, which is a Size 8 (AU) to a Size 24 (AU).

If you are searching for a specific size, you can filter the products by hovering over our menu to Shop > Shop By Size > select size.

You will receive tracking information via email from us (make sure you mark us as a safe sender so you don't miss it). 

If you'd like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item, and purchase the one you would like in a new separate order. We will process these separately, so as to avoid any confusion.

Please note that the same conditions apply when returning an item, and that any new shipping fees (if there are any) for your new item will apply.

To begin your return, please proceed to our 'Create A Return' page, and follow the instructions.

If you have entered the wrong address, or have made a mistake, you must inform us within 1 hour of placing the order - this is to ensure we are able to change the address before your order is fulfilled and dispatched.

Requests to change addresses made after this period cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of a parcel being undeliverable or refused due to incorrect address input by the customer, the customer is responsible for any extra costs.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of submitting the order.

This is to ensure that we are able to cancel before fulfilment and dispatch.

Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed.
